Wasnt charged, cops werent called unfortunately. Front bumper, hood, grill need to be replaced. Core support was bent.

Idk if it helps but my gf saw the whole thing, so i have a witness.

From a purely traffic law/legal aspect I don't think you would stand a chance. From a pure liability perspective you may be in good shape though as these two things do not always go hand in hand.

so does the civic really have poor headlight visibility, for the past month i have been high beamed so many times and they are all civics usually 8th gen and up 2005+

Some even have HID installed in the HIGH beams,

The drivers range from ricer teens to grandmas

ok rant over

So many people in the world left un-slap
