So I went to HIN with the crew.. and it was wack lol

Outside was better.

So after a long day of walking around I went home and my neighbor "if you guys remember my neighbor"lol.. he had some pizza Hut that he didn't eat yet and waited for me to come so we can munch it.. so my taste buds was all fired up... once he open the box of pizza it looked so good........................and.................. then................. 3 little roaches came running out of it

I passed.. then he gave a slice to his uncle and I can hear him say "mmm this good"

Only if I came 10 mins earlier I could of beat the delivery pizza person before it came inside his house

could of munched it outside my patio instead of his infested roach house

When someone doesnt yield at a roundabout, and you rear end them because they slammed on their brakes, are they at fault or you?

I think it's your fault.. but in that case it might be the person in front..

You. Hit anybody from behind and no matter what stupid thing they did it will always be you! Pretty much universal around the world. Follow at a safe distance means exactly that.

People do that all the time around here. Enter and then panic or something. We don't have many so they seem to mess with people's heads somehow.

Yield to who? You said she slammed on her brakes. Doesn't matter how long she was in front or why she slammed on her brakes anybody hitting her from behind will be at fault for failing too maintain a safe distance. Now if she pulled in front and you hit her on the side the she is at fault.

I was driving the circle, she didnt yield into the traffic circle, she floored it. then slammed on her brakes because of traffic. I was following my girlfriend to class. there was no space between me and my gf, maybe 10 feet at the most. I had no room to stop.

Didnt hit her on the side, but on her back left side bumper, close enough.

I hear you and feel your pain but unfortunately once she is in front of you (no matter how she got there) you are expected to not hit her. I have never once heard of anybody getting off from hitting somebody from the rear no matter what utterly ridiculous, stupid thing the person did in front of them.

OK that may be a different ball game then. That puts things into the "failure to yield" realm more then a square on rear impact.
