Here is a better pic of my garage, the FR-S is at dynotronics getting tuned so my garage is currently invaded with euros. The floor is epoxy, my garage doors are insulated as well as sealed and there is a mini slit ac/heater that works as a dehumidifier to keep moisture out as well. My next step will be a 4 post lift on the left bay so i can fit 4 cars followed by a TV to watch some best motoring videos while working on the car

One of our early locations, before the lift, floor, and walls were done. Circa 2005:

Eventually it was turned into this:

Then came the move in with At Speed Motorsports. They had lots of eye candy around those days:

We moved on from sharing space with them and are now in our own nice little spot. This is where we are now.

Until you drop a tranny on it.

Or spil any automotive fluid.

Some really great garages but, I always see these clean garages and then think of how it would look had you let me do some bodywork in them.

Garage
Figured I'd add my photos as well proud of how well the floor turned out. Vinyl tiles done about two years ago and are holding up nicely. Coated them with about 4 coats of sealer and 2 coats of finish.

Not a whole lot done yet, making the best of my tiny garage. Shelving installed on far wall since this pic, now I just need to kick the girlfriend's car out.

I just moved about 9 months ago from a home that had a 22x24 2 car garage to one that's 18x18 & those precious few feet are sorely missed. I've had to completely rethink everything & get rid of a lot of stuff to be able to get 2 cars, tools, and all our necessary "stuff" in there.
I can only get 2 cars in there by putting the Miata on wheel dollies & pushing it against the wall... I need ikea-like space saving tips...
