Before everyone goes nuts, the conversational our meet Sunday about the 2015 WRX being in STX class made me think really hard about my passion for competitive racing. So I am going to buy a Miata Spec setup and trailer and go for my SCCA License. My wife wanted me to just upgrade to the Lexus RC 350 and I even said no to THAT. Season already started but this gives me almost a year to learn how to drive it, get my license and be truly ready for racing on the track.

So, please buy my car!

Soooo how about that TRD exhaust..

Also good choice going for a miata for SCCA. I love my frs but at the autocross my miata would lay waste to it. plus parts are so. much. CHEAPER.

If the SC 350 would have been around when I traded the Porsche for the 86, I would have bought the RC instead.

Good luck with the sale.
Buy a used Lotus Elise for 27-32k instead. Don't need to add much lightness there! Plus I could help you work on it since I had one!

No LSD and I actually prefer front engine to mid engine designs

Plus if I wanted mid engined, I'd go with an MR2 for the stronger (and cheaper) aftermarket. If I drove a lotus anything like my FR-S I'd have had to replace the clamshell already.

BTW, it was 90% an April fools comment
