Might as well go $70000 Jun 2.4 V8! Go big or go home. Funny is how the car is $25k brand new... Then spend another $40k in mods. Better o just get a C7 Vette or Caymen lol.

Meh, it's all about making it your own. I have a hardon for the Jun.

For sure! But when I saw the $70k price tag on the JUN, instant limp. The Toda isn't going to be any better for just engine internals. I guess that's the price we pay for pure JDM awesomeness. Thank goodness we have credible builders and tuners here on this side of the pond that'll void having to go overseas.

The only problem is no one is willing to put in the R&D into a mold to cast their own block with a closed deck I'm sure you could get the same stroke & bore though.

Afaik only one company did a bespoke closed deck block for the EJ series and they were in New Zealand and it was billet, and that platform has a ton more sales than the FR-S/BRZ. Also a ridiculous amount of money.
