Maybe a Cryoed stock tranny as in my above post ??

I think this is what I'll be looking to do if I ever have the gearbox let go

Some have tried that with no improvement. The consensus is that the gear material is very good, it's the size of the gear that's the problem.

Not only the shaft spacing but also the bearing placement.
Similar to the WRX 5speed.

Shaft flexes and with a helical gear arrangement, it doesnt take much..

Spur gear might survive a little longer, specially with a hardened shaft.

Keep in mind we are talking about transmissions here and not something else...

Well there are a number of options but they can be made part of the radiator and literally the same size. My front end is custom so I have enough space to go between the radiator and the intercooler on my car. I was also contemplating using a second cooler (Perrin Setrab) and stuffing it over by the passenger side of the intercooler (driver side houses my trans cooler).

Several companies make bigass radiators. I know at least one can combine transmission, coolant, and oil cooling in one. It's elegant but is it worth the money? I can't remember which company Robispec used, but I know they had a corrosion problem.

By increasing cooler size you advertantly increase oil capacity right?

Or Big Ass Fans? http://www.bigassfans.com

But they don't do automotive. A local gymnastics studio has one of those. They have to run it blowing upwards as blowing down made all the banners on the walls flip upwards.

Yeah but also your pump has to push more volume and a bigger core can mean more pressure drop. We are trying to do one bad thing in hopes a good thing comes out of it

I'd agree with pressure drop due to long and/or narrow lines but all other things being equal, the increased cross-sectional area offered by a bigger core would result in it contributing less to pressure drop of the overall system, no?
