I got code P2097 on the same tune you are running. At first that would indicate a leak but I didn't have any leaks because multiple smoke tests showed no leaks and data logs looked good. I emailed Shiv about this and he turned off the code in my tune since everything was looking good and there were no other codes except that one. This might be your situation too. |

Well this is interesting. I'm running OFH+OFT. I notice that when the car idles a lot, like when I leave the car running between autox runs, that the LTFT1 climbes super high - it hit as high as 18% this weekend. It quickly learns back down after I leave the autocross and start normal driving again. Fuel trims at higher loads seem unaffected, so AFR at high loads is still ok, this is only during idle.
But I believe if that fuel trim parameter becomes too positive it will results in the P2096/2097 you guys are seeing. Fuel trims during driving are all within 6% normally and I hear no odd noises. |

Dear Openflash Customers,
We understand that there has been a long dreaded wait for the OFH. The west coast labor dispute occurred roughly a month ago and even today we are still dealing with the delay. We apologize for the headache and inconvenience it may have caused you. We are doing our best to try to retrieve our shipment but for the most part it is out of our hands. We have gotten the most recent update from the ports. Our first shipment of 17 will likely arrive later on this week or early next week. We have 25 more that will hopefully follow next week. And then we have another shipment of 20 to follow after that. So no matter what we will have all of your orders fulfilled. We are just waiting for our shipment to show up. We are doing everything on our end to speed up the process by prepping the boxes and labels so that as soon as the shipment shows up we can go over QC and then ship out the package to you all. Thanks again for your patience and we apologize for the delay. Cheers and have a wonderful day. |

I thought it was a exhaust shield or something like that getting loose. However I believe it is just the tune and they way the system manages the HPFP. There was a thread on here all about it, cant recall enoguh key words for a search though.... |

What bothers me is that I've had the same tune (oft stg 2 91) and header (ofh) installed for a while and this sound wasnt there. Nothing in the engine bay has changed since. It also seemed to be worse today.
I might end up taking it down to CSG or another local shop that is really familiar with 86's just to get a second opinion. |

OK i've logged some data, and posted to datazap. I really don't know what I am looking for.
This is about a 20 minute drive to get some lunch, it is mostly casual driving but I got some first, second, and a single third gear pull in. Did not reach redline in the third gear pull though. Can anyone help me analyze? http://www.datazap.me/u/cjh/first-lo...e?log=0&data=1 |

I had a raspy sound at 3200; turned to by a loose O2 sensor. No codes, just an annoying sound. All good now.

IAM less than 0.5 most of the time, literally lost half of your timing.
Did you put in 87 or something? Or really low e on e85 tune?

Here is the latest and greatest from Openflash for the people waiting for header shipment. Hopefully this time the port adviser is right.
