Where are the exhaust manifold nuts? They aren't supposed to be reused. I know because that's how I stripped mine. You can use the old nuts as lock-nuts after doing a final re-torque of the new factory nuts. I wouldn't trust factory gaskets that cheap. I would get the stainless steel ones from the link in the post above instead. Make sure to get new nuts, use a torque wrench, and quality header gaskets. Loosen exhaust pipes back to the mid-pipe, and tighten from the header, then over-pipe, then front-pipe, and mid-pipe last, after making sure the over-pipe clears and doesn't rub or rattle.

@KoolBRZ - I wasn't aware that you need to replace the header nuts? I reused my original ones. Can you confirm they definitely need to be replaced...thanks!

I wouldn't normally replace them but ever since i installed my header (ofh), the nuts have constantly becoming loose. I've re-torqued them 3-4 times already. I bought some permatex Red and gasket sealant to help with my exhaust leak.
Thanks for the info!

If you had bought new nuts, you could have torqued and final-torqued on the new nuts, then used the old ones for lock-nuts.

The phone rang, it was my brother. Distraught about something. I tried to calm him down to see what the problem was. In my attempt to fix his problem, I created my own. I was no longer paying attention to the task at hand and haphazardly stuck the butter knife into the jelly jar... Without wiping the peanut butter remnants off, tainting the whole jar of jelly. Later that evening, my wife went to make a pb&j, not knowing about my horrible mistake... And I let her. This has haunted me for years. I feel like a great burden has been lifted. Thank you, kind sir. Without your words of encouragement this horrible story would surely have drug me into a deep depression had I not come clean. This might be disappointing, but it's much simpler than that. I was merely reinforcing the correction of incorrect information.

One time,
I strapped a jet engine to the back of my dads oldsmobile 442... Hey do you think need to get new gas for my car? It has half a tank left, that qualifies it as used do you think its bad gas now?
