i would advise to contact them again via phone call.. i had quick and easy service with them.

i definitely would purchase again from them for other stuff.

so idk where to ask this. first car with heated seats. only had the car a month and put 3k miles on it and in all that seattime ive already concluded that i am not impressed with these heated seats. They heat up, feel great and right when you start to enjoy it, they cool back off....then while later will heat back up, then cool down...repeat. i find myself having to flip them on and off to keep them toasty. Is this normal?

Installed always on module.

Also forgot to add: I dropped off my car last night at the body shop to install my new trunk and spoiler. Can't wait to get it back!

yeah, I'm inclined to go that route. plus painting it is just something else I don't want to spend money on.

from what I hear every heated seat is like that. my Lexus GS430 was the same way.

Ive noticed that with mine as well. I work at a processing facility where we get brand new Kia and Hyundai from Korea, and their cars Ive driven with heated seats craps all over our heated seats. Those things get pretty warm, even to the point where it gets a little hot to where I have to turn it off. And when they get warm, they stay warm instead of cooling off.

My wife drives an Elantra - her heated seats actually spool up really quick.
The difference is such that initially, I wondered if the BRZ's heated seats were broken.

Do bear in mind though, cloth seats typically heat up faster (if I'm not mistaken).

I took mine for a brief jaunt down some backroads. Saw a pair of bald eagles in flight.

Yeah, I noticed that cloth seats heat up faster also. Ive tried the heated leather seats though on some of these Kias and Hyundais and they get pretty damn hot just as quick lol

at least youre in Cali. Up here its barely in the 30's when i leave for work! And since i cant lock the car while it warms up... it sucks. rather just fire the old truck up and let it warm up and drive it sans heated seats on the coldest morning because it locks while it warms up.
