Can you post the serial number sticker from the box? Curious if its still the same model / batch.

FWIW I have the clear USDM Tom's and they show no signs of melting. I'll check the serial number on my box later. I purchased them in fall of '14.

UPDATE:

Installed the replacement lights on 3/6, here was the photo I took of the passenger side:

Drove the car two days, 3 mile commute, and take a look...

Obviously these lights are NO BETTER than the ones I had before.

Ugg....

This is disappointing. I was hoping to buy clear Toms for my FR-S when my tax return came in. Seems like a few of the ones with issues came from one vendor which I find a bit odd.

I'll chime in on this. It's not just one vendor as I did sell them to but holding off now because of this issue. I had 3 sets recently that all had the problem within a day or 2 of use (all clear versions). Somethings going on with a recent batch I'm thinking.

That's pretty weak, I really liked those tails and may have got some sometime down the road. Definitely staying stock for sure now.

My vendor responded immediately and has been a great help (FTEightysix) but the importer and the actual manufacturer not so much...
