With your tune will I not have this problem? Also, will I need to remove the padding from the inside of the hood for clearance?

MRT is running a 95mm pulley and had to modify the hood.
Chad,

The 85mm just barely fits. On stock motor mounts it touches the rib enough to mar the paint. We found this just last week after more than a month now. I'd guess that under really hard twisting forces it moves the motor just enough to make contact. We're not going to trim anything, its just paint. You do need to either pull off the fiber insulation, or cut a hole in it. This is true of even the 75mm pulley. STI mounts should fix that.

For the 90+ the rib needs to be cut as pictured. I'm not quite sure I agree on needing to build the motor etc...it does work on pump gas from what we have seen. Just need to keep the timing and fuel under control.

Thanks for the update @moto-mike, just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything.

No point going for the 335 kit unless you're going to build the engine

I am going by what @moto-mike said in his post above:
'I'm not quite sure I agree on needing to build the motor etc...it does work on pump gas from what we have seen. Just need to keep the timing and fuel under control.'

My 335 is scheduled to arrive this week and ECU is being tuned by Moto-East.

Are you going to be running a full exhaust, cat back or are you staying with the stock system Chad ?

To start off I will be staying stock, but plan to do a full exhaust setup in the near future. Love the boxer rumble of the JDL UEL header.

The amount of boost you're going to put through with the 335 kit is just asking for something to break

A little off topic but I may have use for a spare 210 blower. If anyone upgrades to the 335 I may be interested in buying your old 210 to help offset the cost. If anything I'll end up upgrading to the 335. Just waiting to see what other developments occur.
