Now you need to just learn to move you foot faster! The e brake method is fine for learning but shouldn't be your go too all the time.

Oh and your lunch is ready!

Maybe flat footed problems? It's proven people with flat feet tire faster.

Hmm... I don't think I have flat feet. I think my legs are just short.

My Civic Si is my first manual, unfortunately... Now my auto FR-S just feels way too easy to drive...
Didn't know how to drive stick when I was shopping for the FR-S. Realize now that I should've just gotten the sand out of my vag, sucked it up and gotten the manual. So, will most likely be trading in my 8-6 in a few months.

First manual, friend drove it out the lot for me, the salesperson was like wtf?! Lmao. Anyways, I hate the clutch catch point, need a friend to help me adjust it as it's a bitch going down there when you're tall..

Btw, I'm getting so many stories on how to drive my manual car correctly.... still don't know who to believe in at this point now...

First Manual was a 00 Mitsubishi Eclipse paid 1500$ for it (dont ask lol). Junior year of high school first day driving manual it took me about 30 minutes to get to school, I live about 10 minutes away, took the long smooth route because i was afraid of stalling on hills. After about 5 years of that beast Got the FRS, Love every moment of it.

None of the above.

It's the first automatic I've ever had in my life.

Great auto, paddles are fun for downshifts. The manual felt clunky and grindy and strange to me, so I passed on it. Also my wifey never learned to drive a manual, so it seemed a good time for me to learn auto.

Flame suit: equipped! :-)
