Ive spoke to a tuner thats currently running the rev works kit for our cars and he mentioned that the MAF location on this hinders some of the low speed drivability. Are you seeing any issues?

Nope, I was actually told the same about the JDL kit.. I think is all about the tuner. This thing is so smooth is scary. I've also been lucky enough to experience crazy weather changes, from rain to 85 degree days to 37 degree mornings and didn't even notice it(the car I mean). At the moment I'm working on 10psi tune and using my aem wideband for logging via the rear 02 in the car to show in the ecutek logs.. All I could say is I need a new clutch , which is going in this weekend hopefully.
Stock fuel system is holding up like a champ may I add.

Still no numbers.. can't really strap it yet till the clutch is in as it slips bad when boost is building, specially in higher gears. It honestly runs great from 7-10psi which is what I've tried so far. I'm shooting for 300whp for now without any fuel upgrades. I'm still tuning and getting the wideband readings sorted out to give it its final touches and strap it on a dyno. I'll post results and yeah I'm using 93.

I'd say you're likely over 300whp if your clutch is slipping on a turbo. We see slip at 230-250 torque. At 6500 RPM that's over 300 by a good margin. Stock fueling should take you to over 300 on pump no problem.

Said by the man himself, he's responsible for this fantastic experience I'm having with my kit.

Took your advice, I was intending to do so but its getting hotter down in south Florida so grabbed some heat shielding for the wires. Wrapped a few other wires that I thought could use the shielding too. Therm-tec wire insulator, works up to 750F so that should cover it.

Right behind the comp cover, down by the 02 sensor and the MAF.

I've been eyeing this kit for a while and glad to see it looks like an easy DIY. Did you tap the oil pan yourself?

I also think your build has swayed me to look at the FBM catch can instead of Radium Eng.

Glad I could be of help. I chose the full blown because it replaces everything for a clean "full" install. Fittings into the pcv valve outlet and another fitting into the front crank vent line so it's not just a hose on the existing like. JDL sent me a new oil pan with the fitting already welded and boy am I glad I opted for tha because I had to beat the crap out of my oil pan to remove it.

I just ordered a recirculated wastegate downpipe, should have it maybe next week. I really couldn't stand the noise of the open dump during my daily commute. It may be fine if you're boosting 20+psi as you'll hear it only when really stomping on it but in my case with 7+psi, the wastegate is being pushed opened at 2psi's and that's barely tapping the gas. Makes my car sound like I'm running no exhaust most of the time and with bridges and tons of cars around in the city... I guess I don't like the attention. If you're on the fence like I was.. just opt for recirculated. The guys at JDL were nice enough to give me a little credit for returning my original downpipe back to them.
