well its about time. they suck. i have had the oversoul in my vault for weeks and never had the urge to level it up just because of how poor its damage is. yes the perks are great but not good enough to make me want to stop using my vision of confluence or thorn hah

I think I'm done grinding this game until HoW drops. I'll still run the NF or Weekly occasionally and of course I'll see what Xur has every week.

Otherwise, getting pretty repetitive at this point. Since I really don't do the Raids very often I wish there was another route to hit max light level but I guess this game will continue to stay focused on the hard core players. And no, I don't feel like I should have to put forth the effort to go onto a separate non-affilitated website to find people to Raid with. I bought the game to have fun and relax, not for it to turn into a mini-chore every time I want to play it.

It also is a shame that IB only runs for a week and resets your rank every time it goes away. I'm not a huge Crucible guy but I have enjoyed IB in the past but I also learned my lesson that it's not worth grinding. I also don't get why they cap Eris Morn at rank 4 unlike the other Tower NPCs. I still do the bounties for XP but at this point since I am stuck at level 31 (unless I start grinding the Raid which I'm not going to do) it seems pretty pointless to even do bounties anymore.

Totally agree with you. RNG is strong with destiny which makes this game so grindy even with the EXTREME lack of content.

Playing things over and over and over again to get the random item your looking for.

The worst is to go into the Bungie forums and see all the elitists who talk about "earning" this or that. Man that place is toxic, but good for a laugh occasionally.

yeah i cant believe that there isnt another way to get to max level.. they should put more into public events or something that takes time but everybody can do

I'm basically done with the game until HoW as well. I honestly could not care less about getting to level 32. Once the new DLC releases I can just buy new Crucible and Vanguard armor that will bump me to 32 while trying to get to 33 and the vicious cycle will repeat itself.

i really do like this game, the mechanics, the pve and pvp that are both readily accessible but the simple fact that we have to go join another forum or website to try to get max level makes me reconsider playing every time i turn on my console. i thought maybe if i made a warlock class i could raid easier but i didnt realize that class makes no difference in raids, its the retards your paired up with that fail 90% of the time.

they should have made it possible to physically grind out the levels by earning xp or something simpler than this raid gear shit.
