Hows everyone missing the first step TEST DRIVE THE CAR! See if you even like it before start planning how you are going to mod a car you have never driven. That way you can see what you would like to improve.

Well in that case I would buy the car after selling the GTR and paying off your friend. Live with it stock for a month to truly feel out what you want to mod that way you dont buy a bunch of things you later regret wasting money on.
