I placed an order Saturday evening for some rear LCA's. Within minutes of placing the order I came to realize that I have the wrong shipping address listed. The billing address was correct however.

MY FAULT ENTIRELY!

So I immediately logged back into the web site, thinking that I might be able to edit or cancel my order online, seeing as though it hadn't been processed yet. Unfortunately there is no such functionality in place. Left with few options I emailed sales@ft86speedfactory.com and explained my situation.

To my surprise, I got an email Sunday stating that a shipping label had been generated. A little frustrated with myself at this point, but again all my fault.

Monday I sent another email inquiring about my situation. Also tried calling several times throughout the day, but it goes straight to voice mail after Jeremy's message on high call volumes.

Sent another email this morning. And if you guys are reading this, I probably sound like a complete douche in the email, but I am honestly more frustrated with myself than anything. Figured I would post something here to try and get your attention before the package leaves your facilities.

My order number is 12478.

I'll happily carry any additional cost associated with generating a new label. I just don't want the package to go to Missouri, when I now live in Georgia with no way to retrieve it.

I've gotten great service this weekend--sent an email through their site early Fri morning and had a response within a few hours, placed an order Sat night and had tracking info by Mon afternoon.

We were open, but if you ordered on Monday there is no way we would have shipped it same day especially with weekend orders ahead of yours. No drone's here like Amazon just us humans in the flesh.

I can back this up too. I had an issue where I accidentally shipped to my old address (recently moved to a new place and didn't update Paypal). They corrected everything and got the shipment to me without any issue. It's because of that that they are my go to for ordering anything for this car.
