It seems like good practice to avoid bad habits and develop good communication skills. But I am also not judging, just a thought.

All jokes aside, the sluggishness could be from a preloaded parking brake that may be binding, causing the smoke and "fire" from overheated parkng brake shoes.

Or by a stroke of bad luck, your factory parking brakes are stuck due to a defect and it happened right after you got the car back.

Smoking pads look like this:

Either way, unless the smoke is coming from the engine bay, I wouldn't link it to the oil change.

I am judging. The whole point of the English class where you were graded was to teach you how to communicate clearly and concisely in written format. Now where would you use written format, a forum perhaps?

Don't you hate when you shit an engine?!
OP I am going to guess that it is the emergency brake that's dragging, should be a quick fix!

I shut the engine right away and called longgo and they told me if I can have my car towed back to longgo which I did. So they're still diagnosing the cause of that. Just because of an oil change. Was it actually on fire or just smoking?

You can in fact get a fire from a dragging brake. A Pantera burned to the ground after one of the open road races because a rear caliper was stuck. The fluid gets so hot it boils and blows thru the seals, hits the red hot disc, and burns like a flame thrower, igniting the car.

In your case the problem almost certainly resulted from misadjustment of the parking brake. The "sluggishness" was from the fact that the parking brake was functionally on the whole time.

He and I were discussing it via PMs because he felt he would get disrespectful comments from the list.

This is an internet forum, there will always be those who make jokes and comments, but if what happened is legit, I would sure love to see some pics and follow-up explanation.
