I come from the same area. My last 3 cars were all luxury cars (Acura, MB, and Audi). I fell in love with the BRZ when I saw it and loved how it handled, and I'm willing to make some concessions in comfort and cabin noise because the car looks so good and feels so commected to the road; however, it does wear thin at times--especially if you like to tinker with the car and boost performance.

Anyway, good luck with the sale, it's a great exhast.

... I could do the sound deadening route but wasn't looking for more work to do on the car.
In the end, if no one is interested, I may just squirrel it away if I ever get inspired to sound deaden the car.
I've never heard the Q300 so I can't offer any advise there as a comparison.

This is my EXACT problem with the TRD. Partial load (climbing a slight incline) and engine braking. BOOOOOHHHHHHHHHH.

It's not bad, but if you're used to driving quieter, non-sporty cars, (or if you're getting old like me), well then a bit of noise is kinda unwelcome. :p lol.

But I suspect that all the available exhausts will be the same to some extent or another.
I think we're showing our age. I miss the sound of the BMW straight 6 with a nice exhaust. just sexy...
I think that's what I was hoping for. I have the TRD on my Tundra pick up and it's respectable. Nice sound on a V8. But then it outside the cabin and 7 feet away!
