It is ILLEGAL in the state of Massachusetts to not allow a refund of a car deposit. Check with your own state's laws.

I heard it was the same here in NH, I don't know how they are getting away with it..

Wow, your dealer allocations are small; it seems scooby got shafted by Toyota and Scion in the vehicle quota wars.

As long as the person didn't sign anything then nothing can go into effect. Then the person should be entitled a refund or otherwise they need to take it up with consumer affairs/protection.

No VIN or ETA. Dealer was very vague about when I could expect the car. He was told that they were told to expect one car per month. Since I was 7th on the list of 9, it might have been awhile. If you are in Minnesota, you may want to check with Brooklyn Park Subaru as they are getting in more cars. But when I called, they were all accounted for.
