The blue stock coolant is made to last 100k miles. Mixing with green coolant shortens the life to 30k miles but isn't harmful other than that. It just breaks down sooner.

I work for Toyota, and it is a common knowledge there that you cannot add GM's Dex-Cool into your cooling system. Toyota and GM use different coolants that can (and will) turn each other into shit if mixed. So not all coolants are the same, and not all coolants can be mixed. To be on the safe side, I recommend doing a flush.
On the other hand, if your engine is not overheating, you should be fine. |

More important than using the correct antifreeze, IMHO, is using only distilled/deionized water in the mix.
No deposits. No corrosion. Don't forget to burp out the air.

Even if you flush/change the coolant -- it doesn't mean your new coolant will last for like 10 years. Toyota recommends after the factory fill, change it every 30k miles I believe. Just wait until 10k miles. (Assuming you used a universal antifreeze). If you used Dexron then your car is going to explode jk
