15% is quite large of a discount.. Most retailers' trading margins are well below that..

Yeah 15% does seem like a lot now that I think about it. After a quick google search it seems it used to be 2%.

EDIT: Code "FT86CLUB" still works for 2% off! Just not advertised it seems.

EDIT2: Ordered on the 27th, and got my OFT+Sharkfin 3 days later. Impressive!

So I placed an order with FT86 Speedfactory for some Valenti tails and a 4th brake light. However I only received the tails and the Laffy Taffy's in the package. Sent two emails so far and have gotten no response from them.

Judging from all the good reviews here I'd guess thats an anomaly. I hope they at least get back to me.

The 4th Brake light is on B/O is my guess. Two of our sales staff took vacations this week so emails have fallen a bit behind. They are back now and working on them so should have a reply here in the next 10 or so hours as they work through the que.

I have sent FT86 speed factory half a dozen emails and PM's and i get a reply of what i would like to order and then nothing, no reply to any off my questions, its like they don't want to trade, is there a problem with contacting them at this present time?

@BRZUK I have also have some unanswered email about order status from Thursday and Friday. Hope they answer soon if not I might cancel the order even if it is shipped

I would like to think that there is a problem because from what i hear they are very good to deal with

Might be a stressful time because I haven't received a backorder confirmation for a set of Bilstein's that I paid for last week.. they marked the order as shipped, but only shipped out a loden steering wheel emblem that I added into the basket on a whim

hope everything's okay at the shop, they're usually on point

You have an email back with tracking on the bilsteins. They shipped separately as one is way heavier and more likely to damage the emblem. USPS vs UPS one takes a bit more time is all.

I show a PM from 02/06/15 which was late Friday here in the USA. We're not back in the office till Monday so I can get you a quote then when I have access to our scales and UPS system to get a correct quote. Just takes a bit of time.
