Winter and stuck window help

TSB worked for me, they haven't froze since.

Last winter, I had a problem on my driver-side window after getting a new weather strip, but haven't had a problem this winter after I got my passenger-side fixed. I guess it really takes the right circumstances for them to stick, but it's definitely better now than having to reset them all the time last year.

Thanks all for the responses. But don't need reprograming. I was just trying to make sure im not breaking anything by just leaving it alone.

I read that before on the forum and tried it but sometimes it doesn't work. I'm just afraid to break the motor or something from being stuck. But the thing is that there is no snow or ice on the window so don't understand why it does it.

If your window light is flashing, it's needs reprogramming. Reprogramming your window directions are in your manual. Look in the appendix for the page. I can't remember what it is specifically.

And ^^^ hahaha! I know exactly how you feel, I usually can't brush all the snow off the seats either but it's usually cold enough that I can sit on it a not have it melt before I get to work.

It is actually freezing at the guides down inside the door. The flashings let to much water in and it freezes there.
You won't hurt the motor by trying. That is exactly why the system cuts out and needs to be reset. The cut out isn't an error it is a protective device for the motor and mech.

Thanks that was what I was thinking too but when I did a quick Google search I found nothing
