Oil leaking oil pan?

Has anybody experienced any leak near the rear oil pan? I believe my car is leaking oil out of the pan, and Maybe even out the crank seal... has anybody else experienced this?

Was it boosted? Were you charged to get it fixed? If so how much?

Is your car in warranty? If so, take it to the dealer. If not, you need to clean the area and pinpoint exactly where the leak is coming from instead of guessing.

Not under warranty anymore because I boosted it. I did put oil dye and the UV light showed it coming from that area.. it sucks.
I took it to a respectable shop.
