What about the FI plus supporting mods though? That's a lot more than the remaining $4k to do it right.

He's looking for a 200k mile setup, not a 2000 mile setup.

$700 - Jackson Racing engine oil cooler - For those spirited drives and the annual track day
$1000 - Driveshaft Stop Axles (your OEM axles will *eventually* fail if you are driving hard, and certainly will not last 200k under those conditions)

This will also allow you to keep all existing parts on your car, and you will hit your whp/wtq goal right out of the box.
I know what I'm doing for Christmas this year...

Would a clutch replacement be needed for a 200k end goal as well? Or are the axles the only thing to be concerned about with the above setup and the same driving style as OP?

The fbm manifold isnt ready yet.

That list will probably net you ~200whp.

~250 whp requires the list above aaaaanddddd (here we go deep breath):
-cams (which have minial support so far)
-forged high comp pistons (will need to be custom)
-forged connecting rods
-port & polish
-springs
-titanium/iconel valves (+2mm? +3? Lol idk, BIG)
-billet crankshaft
-bored and stroked
-race bearings
-oil cooler to go along with it
-race gas tune/E85 tune

Maybe a little more than ~250 or so.

If im forgetting anything someone quote me and chime in lol
