Besides Nameless does anyone make a front pipe with HFC and resonator?
Just as the title asks, aside from Nameless, does anyone make a front pipe that has a high flow cat and a resonator?
I am thinking of getting a front pipe with a high flow cat but my exhaust is already a bit loud, so I thought adding a resonator would tamp it down a bit. Thanks. |

I'm already louder than I'd like to be for cold starts. Don't want to piss off neighbors. I'm afraid to replace my second cat since I've already removed the primary.

I wonder if the JDL will actually make my exhaust quieter overall. |

Same here. I would actually like my exhaust to be a bit quieter but I know that adding a HFC will only make it louder.

I'm thinking of going with the JDL in the near future. I've got a Tomei 60S cat-back and it has some drone under deceleration that I wanna alleviate. From what I've read about catted and resonated front pipes, volume slightly increases, but drone is reduced/eliminated.

MagnaFlow makes some great resonators, never was a big fan of the mufflers.
Best bet would be JDL...

I wonder which would be better overall the JDL or Nameless w/ Helmholtz? From what I have read the Helmholtz resonator works to eliminate a specific frequency that Nameless has tuned using their own header. I wonder if it will not work as well if you use a different header (like my RevWorks, for example).

JDL's full headerback with the ultra quiet front pipe is really... quiet. Like Q300 quiet. |

I've searched before and couldn't find anyone that sells the HKS catted and resonated front pipe individually. It seems to only come as a combo with the header:
http://www.hks-power.co.jp/en/produc...haust/db/15163 It seems only their dual resonated front pipe is available individually. |

What performance would you really gain by going to a JDL catted/resonated front pipe from a stock catted/resonated front pipe? 2hp?
