mechaghost - How's the glare from the HU - do you find it distracting? FYI some LCD HUs can turn off the display entirely so you don't get that backlight leakage, and still play your music.

Tainen - thank you for putting that post

I've owned - 89 prelude si, 96 impreza 4 door (base model)
Currently own - 08 impreza (base model), 2010 ducati monster 1100s, 2013 BRZ

The HU is not distracting to me at all, in fact I don't notice it in my peripheral vision because it sits around my chest area. I have not figure out how to turn off the display (menus are confusing)

The HID switch works as advertised, 0 - 5 are the settings, with the manual recommending 0. you can see the light edge move around when you change the light level, I like it.

Other than the cost, I haven't really found any. So far I'm happy with it.

I agree! Costs are the only downside so far

Congrats on the car. Silver suprisingly good at night time!
One question though, does the dash area show anything in regards to the TPMS(Tyre Pressure Monitoring System), as in any indicator lights or anything. Thanks

congrats on getting the car really early!

i got 3 questions.

1) did u finance? if so did they give you 0% apr?
2) could you fit another 5'4" friend in the back seat behind you?
3) naturally with "fan" knob at off position, does air still flow through the cabin?

I also would like to know about the cabin air flow. My RSX allows air into the cabin even when the fan is off. Half the time I find it useful, and the other half it drives me crazy!

Thanks for the silver support photos - doesn't seem to be a favorite with many, but I think it really shows off the surface treatments in the body styling with great contrast. Just confirms my own decision. As for those whining about front bumper holes, there is an easy solution should the worst occur: http://www.bumperplugs.com/BPindex.html
