Can I check it out after you install it? My hands are too big for the OEM wheel and I've been looking for a replacement. LOL

I'd like to see it too. I don't like the OEM wheel and wanted an upgrade, but I was simply not comfortable without the airbag and had serious worries over whether it would void my warranty, and potentially void my insurance coverage if I was ever in an accident and incurred an injury or death that could have been avoided or mitigated by the airbag.

Too much risk for not enough gain, so off it came once again. But this looks AWESOME, and could be a good compromise.

For the BRZ owners:

What level do you keep your headlights at?

There's the little dial on the left of the dashboard which controls your adjustable headlights.

I have had mine at 0 since I got the car, and started to notice that at least one car PER DAY was flashing me thinking I had my high-beams on. Literally at least once per day, but sometimes more.

I have now changed it to 1, and haven't had a flash yet.

Anyone else have this? Are they really that bright at 0?

I actually thought it was kind of funny at first but it started to get annoying.

Mine is at 4. And yes, I was told by a Mustang owner and by a Cop.
I wasn't aware of this. That HID lights move like that.

I leave mine at 0. 1 if my trunk is full or if I have passengers. No issues getting flashes from others. At 0, the cut off is usually just above a sedan's bumper.

That's what I thought, and yet the other night driving home from work, I had THREE cars flash me, and my drive is only a half hour. So three within half an hour. And no; they're not flashing me to warn of cops. I always check after.

It's fun to flash them back and make them feel like a fool for a split-second, but I really find it hard to believe my lights are bright enough to warrant that.

Strange.

Hahaha hahahaha
BRZ's lights are remarkably good. I was planning to change them even before I bought the car,but now. I have decided to stick with them.

Disabling and/or removing an airbag is definitely something your insurance company needs to be told about to avoid being screwed by them later.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm 99% sure that dial just adjusts the aim, not how bright they are. Aiming them lower will get less flashes because the cutoff is too low to really annoy oncoming cars.

Yes it is headlight levelling you cannot adjust brightness.

just play with it ...u can see clearly the cutoff lines whether against the garage door or on the highway road ahead of u. or, in the glass at a tim's or gas station.

No disrespect intended, but I wasn't born yesterday.

I know it adjusts the aim and not the brightness; I was simply asking if anyone else had experienced the same volume of other cars flashing them as I had been.

That's why I changed it to 1, because I know it moves the beams lower to the ground and, so far, no flashes. But then again, it's only been one day. We'll see what the drive home is like.

I like the field of vision better on 0 so I may just switch back and deal with the flashes; no sense in compromising my driving comfort to appease others.

Hey does anyone know if we can use lower seat rails like the bride low max on the stock brz seats? I really like the OEM seats because they fit me perfectly and have the perfect bolsters for daily use but I like the low-ness of racing seats :/
