Bit of a difference. Considering the RC F is what, 3 times the price of a twin? And if you're buying any car without a test drive, that's a bit silly

The cost of a car is all relative to the person buying it. I'm sure there a lot of people that consider the $25-30k cost of a twin to be a substantial amount of money. Besides it's his money anyway, what do you care if he's test driven or not (or in your case you just LOL'ed at the fact). I find that...a bit silly.

I don't care. About the RC-F. If I did, I would be on the RC-F forum. Brb Aventador. But wait, this is not the Lambo forum.

Well, obviously you do care what we think or else you wouldn't have made a thread about the new car you're buying.

No? Just felt the need to brag then? I don't know why else you'd make this thread telling us about the car you're purchasing, and with what options you're getting it with. Other than of course you're either trying to brag about it or you want us to care.

Well he's obviously buying an entry level japanese marked up exotic with all the bells and whistles to try to impress a crowd. I can understand how he doesnt care about our opinion when all he wants to do is put his glorious e-**** on display for all to marvel at. If you are not stroking it with your 0's and 1's on this thread he doesnt care.

So, you want to daily drive a $70k~ vehicle... Are you just trying to brag that you can spend that kind of money without much consideration? Parts and labor are not cheap for that car. Good luck flushing hundreds of dollars down the toilet.

Nobody's forcing any of you to come in and read the thread so stfu. The fact that you're so critical makes it look like you're just extremely jealous.

Trading up to RC-F

Well, things just got awkward in here. (And not for the OP...)

I'd probably also buy something ridiculous given that situation. No time like the present to enjoy yourself. I'm not facing the impending effects of a disease, but part of the reason I got my twin now was because I'd spent the last 7 or 8 years of car choices being very practical. Sometimes you just need to be selfish and get something a little ridiculous for yourself. You only get one shot at life.

So with the same logic, you have a build thread to impress people or to brag; or because you care about what people think about you will end up doing with your car.

I don't get why so many people on this forum are such ass hats. All he's doing is sharing his experience and his next endeavor.

OP: Congrats on the purchase. The new RC-F looks killer and the interior is absolutely stunning. Hope you enjoy the car once it comes in. Hope you enjoy the community too- I'm sure it'll easily be better than this one.
