Tein Street Flex being discontinued

Hey guys,

I just read that Street Flex is being discontinued.

It will be replaced by Flex Z and Flex A in january from :

http://www.tein.co.jp/e/products/flex_z.html
http://www.tein.co.jp/e/products/flex_a.html

Anybody got more information about them ?

Thanks !

honestly, maybe it makes sense to get them now as when these new models come out, it will probably be similarly priced to the MSRP of the outgoing street flex, yet you could buy the outgoing model at 25% (or more) discount and could be worth it.

TEIN has been working on a few projects over the past couple of years. The idea is to drive down the manufacturing costs of the units without sacrificing quality. The ride quality and street performance has been maintained while the actual unit itself was manufactured with higher efficiency. The Flex Z and Flex A lines are designed for street sport performance on an affordable platform. They have been in testing for quite some time to ensure performance and ride quality is maintained.

Hey. We had a meet down in CA last night and @NERO404 took me for a ride in his car. He has the street flex and its awesome! The roads over here arn't bad, but arn't the best either and the car felt very smooth. I was pretty impressed because his car was pretty low and it felt pretty close to the stock ride. Ive found my setup. Also, he stated that anyone interested in the suspension should jump on it because the new series coming out (a & z) is going to be manufactured in china!
