I have heard very good things about their tunes, and they have the experience and success tuning the type of build I want to do so I will wait a short amount longer myself but if I do not here something by the end of the week I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company I understand there was only 2 days before the weekend (placed my order late on the 17th so they had it on the 18th). Then the following week there was 2 days before christmas eve, then 1 day after and now today so really only 5 days and if they took the whole week of Christmas then only 2 days, however it is pretty agrevating to not have any kind of communication at all.

I have left voicemails, no calls returned, I have sent emails no emails returned I am hoping it is just do to the holiday and it probably is but a little bit of communication weather it is the message on there machine stating they are out of office from this day to that day, or an autorespond email stating they are out of the office would do just fine. I can deal with bad communication, or even piss poor communication, what I have a very hard time dealing with though is NO communication what so ever....

Bill is back in the office the 5th. I'll let him know your situation.

Good luck with whatever tuner you go with. Just make sure you don't get a Visconte tune.... Delicious Tuning is pretty much the only successful tuning brand out there. He is one of Ecutek's master tuners.

Christmas is the WORST time to try and get anything done as every one wants evrything done before chrissy then most people have the week off and don't come back till the 5th so I would say just be patient and wait till the silly season is over and things get back to normal.

Yea I feel your pain. The shop that fabbed my turbo kit told me it would be a 3 day install. That was over 4 weeks ago when I dropped it off.

Bill sent me a tune around the third day mark and has been in communication with me throughout the process. I think these guys nailed it when they said it may be the holidays.

I'm sure they're top notch, i just dislike the lack of effort to communicate "we're closed", then again im not their customer so maybe i shouldn't be commenting. Lets not make this thread a crappy one like most others out there. Continue with the positive news and posts..thats what i'm here to see.

Thanks, honestly. If i have to go else where to avoid being left hanging, I will, i'm sure others out there could tune besides them.

Funny thing, which makes me think i should just relax. JDL also stop replying or answering emails as well just before chirstmas and hasn't gotten back. Fortunately i called the office and someone answered to at least say they were all closed till after new years. Its a bad habit not annoucing closing days of hours..buts its there and i think if we want their services we need to slow down. Sucks. I'll be happier once i get my kit lol.

For the official record, we're closed through the 5th of January in the new year. We have not actively been checking messages because of vacation, and apologize that your order has not yet been sent out; however, delays are to be expected during the holiday season. Instead of posting on here, please email me directly at sales@delicioustuning.com.com . I haven't received any emails or messages thus far regarding this, and do handle the majority of inquiries.

We hope you all are enjoying your vacations and staying safe out there.

Sincerely,

Zach

Please send me a private message with any inquiries you have, or email me directly at sales@delicioustuning.com.com and I'll do my best to address any interest you may have in our services. We are officially closed through January 5th, however I am popping in today to try and catch up a little on the backlog of inquiries.

Sincerely,

Zach

Seems like the BOV springs are too week and open at idle? See post #183.

We use a step down from TiALs chart to ensure fastest response of the BOV. With the BOV location being decently far away from vacuum source its also best to use a step down. If you guys have any other questions give us a call or email us

See TiALs respsonse from 2009 about this matter

Seems that since JDL's BOV is before the metered air then it doesn't really matter if it's open or closed, shouldn't be causing issues. Good to hear.

If using a source for the BOV straight from the manifold right under the throttle body without any T's coming off of it, which is fairly close to the BOV, would the step down be needed. What's a step down anyways?

I would like to start off by first apologizing by not placing a holiday schedule on our website and on our phone system and emails. It has been a very busy time of year and to be honest I just let it go.

As for orders I do know we have sent out all our online orders and also sent out some emails requesting Dongle ID from a couple of people who did not add them in on the order. With that in mind please check your spam folders and you may need to look back as far as a week as we have had problems with emails going to spam in the past and it seems recently also.

I am sorry for the slow reply but this time of year is just plain bad for us and I am looking at bringing on a full time sales representative to answer calls and emails faster for everyone and get orders out the door in a faster time frame.

I am around today Dec 30, 2014, though not feeling that great so that I can answer calls and emails.

Cheers,
William Knose
