While the touchy feely stuff is nice, let's be real here.

We need this car to sell in order to keep production and improvements coming. All people who enjoy driving should also be be able to experience the vehicle as well.

However, we don't need people ripping around public roads like idiots, crashing into things, getting insane amounts of tickets, making our insurance premiums go higher, having cops view the people driving the cars as a general nuisance (see SRT4 crowd), and being pestered by ricers as a result of people who think they are driftkings or people who are too immature to not conduct drag races in school zones.

The amount of money a job earns in no way relates to the quality/importance of work - graduate nursing teachers make an average of $67k/year, but they aren't important when you go to the hospital and it's primarily nurses that take care of you day-to-day (disclaimer: I'm not a nurse, just found it an appropriate example).

This guy either lives in an area with inflated wages ( NY/ Cali tech) or just got an in through family ( leaning towards family due to no mention of student loans). Most of the guys i know who act like this are incredibly insecure and feel they have to flaunt money to have self worth... and they are worth many many times more.

New money always tends to spend the most and act like the biggest douche while doing it.

I got mine last week, and I really hope that EVERYONE here and ladies, grand moms, race car drivers, Sunday show car builders, teens, and terrorists (figuritively) and my neighbors and anyone who comes across this car, to fall in love and buy one.

See that red car in the back? It's also a nice car but it was never met with buyers and now they are REALLY hard to find... MR2 with SMT. Given it wasn't the best of transmissions by today's standards, I wished it was met with more interest. This car has everything going for it. Lets just go buy one, drive it and enjoy it!

This is pretty much my take on it. Everyone here is pretty much on key that this is going to be an awesome car, but also realize that many people are going to have one. All that means is that this car will be around and there will be more of a community, which is generally a good thing even if bad does come with it.

Any attempts at brand superiority or otherwise are pointless, this car was made to be available.

Having pride in your ride is never a bad thing. Just don't smash someone else as you never know how things will come back around.

Yes, it might be a little steep for your average 20-something and even if they can't afford it, it has no bearing on their appreciation of hard work. There are far more variables in life than simply hard work. Save statements like that for the folks using food stamps and driving BMWs and Mercedes...as they do exist.

Gearn Offshore, we are one of the parties responsible for the "Static kill" of the 2010 BP Gulf Oil Spill. Also, it is very possible to work full-time and get your masters. It also possible to finish an engineering degree in less than four years with a 4.0 GPA and be valedictorian. Also, I never said that the raise was acquainted with the Masters Degree I was just saying I had one. There are plenty of industries where the difference between a BA and an MA is easily 50k+ a year. For example, legal studies, MBA, and financing. Engineering is applicable as well since I now have my PE. Any PE will tell you the HUGE salary difference before and after.

Having a Graduate Degree lets you ear two years towards your "industry time" plus the two years I worked full-time at GO while getting my degree
equals the four years required. I was perfectly eligible to take my exam.

Congratulations, I'm jealous. I'm lucky to make $40k by the end of this year because there ain't $#!T for jobs in my area, even if I'd studied something worthwhile. While I barely consider being an Audi sales rep "work", it would be nice to actually earn a decent living doing it.
