I have no idea how you can even magazine race the two to make that kind of claim.

Would the same sentiment be felt towards the 918 Spyder?

Would still rather have the V-10 NSX. Although it was cancelled at the last minute as a result of the the financial crisis, it was still used as the basis of the HSV-010 GT:

Yep, technological marvels but I have no interest in owning one or driving one (not that I ever will). I really really dislike hybrids and flappy paddle gear boxes, and AWD just saps the fun out of a fast car, makes it too easy to drive in my opinion.

I just want to be able to control my own car and not let a computer and AWD do it for me.

No... Just no.

Everything you have in your car now is some evolved form of what was originally developed. Quit acting like you are some originalist who only drives old technology. You must be one of the younger owners?

Lol, just lol...

You wouldn't know what to do if you ever had the chance to drive the 918. You will never know that power, that drivability...

Always loved that car. Here's what the concept for the production version could have looked like if they had gone through with it:

It's unfortunate you don't believe everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I never said I was against technology, but I prefer to have a simpler more hands on car.

FYI I have had the chance to drive a ton of cars from thousand dollar beaters to half million dollar super cars, and work in the industry as well.
