Drink enough whiskey to kill the germs!

But seriously, lots of tea and rest.

Ha resting isn't the issue. It's being sore and waking up on a pool of sweat.

Shit, did yours start with muscle pain? Last night and tonight I started getting all crampy in my shoulders and neck. That never happens to me.

From my doc, if you've had symptoms <48 hours, this is the only thing that helps:

Have you been to Liberia lately?

I had flu last March, ran 102° for five days. I know what you mean about sweat. Rule #1 is to stay hydrated with electrolytes. Not sure about the rest of the rules besides rest and to buy new bedding including a pillow once you're healthy. Hope you heal soon.

Not that it matters either way since this year's blend is hit-or-miss, but did you get a flu shot? They take a couple of weeks to boost your immune system. Of course there's another train of thought against them for too many reasons to list but after my experience got one this year and am good so far.

the soreness made me think it was just me working a lot. The rest just kinda happened all at once.

I don't think I've gotten a flu shot ever since I was a kid. It's just a pain in the ass. I feel like I have "hot flashes" so I throw all the blankets off and as soon as I do that. It's like I'm immediately cold.

Get a lot of rest, stay hydrated, and eat rice porridge (seems like the only thing that is neutral enough to stay down and not come back up)

Anyone in the PDX are want to let me borrow or (lease/rent) a gopro for a week (for my vacation in january)? I can also buy out right if the price is right. Hero 3+'s listing on craigslist for $250 for competitive pricing reference.
