Then not only that I found the brake pedal to appear loose and freeplay feel to it which makes me think somebody mashed on the brake and squiggled around with it probably some heavy guy in my car for one of the test drives in the 118 miles that were on it.
Then I heard crickets and I was thinking this is a 2015 and crickets are still there! Somebody definitely must've tossed this cars engine speeding going over bumps on the test drives

Let me help you out Squady old boy. These days, the engines are broken in from the factory- don't worry about the engine not being 'broken in'. The 1,000 mile no-4k rule is more of a safety blanket for the car manufacturer. Although, man that is a LOT of dealer miles on a new 2015.

Don't worry about 87 in the car on first fill-up.

Don't worry about crickets.

Don't worry about the brake pedal.

Don't worry about things you can't control or that are in the past (this is an important life lesson).

Sometimes the high mileage is from a single-car dealer transfer, someone drives a car from one dealer to another instead of using a transport.
This was (sort of) the case on my car, with ~50 miles on the odometer to start.

Basically the same thing with my purchase, my car had 36 miles on it due to being procured from a different dealer's inventory.

Mine had 130.
Cars can get driven a lot if not "lucky" enough to end up in the right spots coming off the line, at port for shipping, at port for off loading and if taken from one dealer to another. Add to that any off site work they may have done to it (tint, bra, minor shipping damage touch up, etc) and you can clock 100+ miles in a hurry.

Honestly speaking, i consider myself to be pretty careful and meticulous when it comes to care car but over the years i've learned that over worrying doesn't do jack shit or solve anyhting for that matter. Drive your car normal, have fun, after all thats the point of this car.. just dont abuse it now or later or ever.. doesn't matter whether its broken in or just broken.. lol or about to break. Shit is bound to happen with these cars and any other car but the more you worry the less you'll enjoy it and the closer together the "shit-happening" intervals will seem. I bought my first FRS when these things were nearly impossbile to get your hands on.. after much stupid careful break in i ended up trading it in lol. I even made a before and after engine break in oil analysis, which is documented here somewhere.. for what. dont know i guess peace of mind for the OCD but then again OCD never have peace of mind.

OP ... it's a simple lightweight driver's car. Due to it's lightweight ... it appears to be fragile. You can hear everything going on due to intentional lack of sound deadening materials. Thin outer panels. A noisy transmission. Noisy induction sounds. Noisy fuel pumps (crickets). But it isn't. It's been engineered by a company well known for it's reliability. Hell ... I've driven my car hard for 26,000 miles and the car is rock solid. No real issues whatsoever. Warranty will take care of anything ... so stop worrying about it and just drive it. Have fun with it. It's a car meant to be driven.

Does that stuff really work? Have you personally used it?

How much do you put in with each tank?

I always thought there should be some fuel lubricant that would solve the crickets, but this is the first I've seen anyone post a product.

Works for some and not for others.
Same as different fuel works for some and not others.
If anybody could figure a way that works for everybody they could be a millionaire by now (well at least buy a nice dinner)!
