Not cargo load- engine load. In laymen's terms, engine load may be described as the demand placed upon an engine for power. That's an incomplete definition as it relates to automobiles. RPM is not a good indicator of engine load. I won't get into the concepts and perspectives about it all for the sake of simplicity on this thread.
Side note, If you're going into ME/Civil, and specifically working with engines or generators (power industry, like my pa!) then this is a very important concept to know and become affluent with. |
