You mean, you let yourself redline it.

67 miles, and the car had been transferred from another dealership. We did get a good deal, but that was at the time the only 2015 Limited MT in the color I wanted in the SE. We spoke with 5 different dealers before accepting this car.

Stop by a gas station and pick up some STP/Chevron/whatever octane booster; that'll solve your 87 gas problem.

As far as reliability goes, it really depends on how you drive and maintain it.

and how many miles did you have on your car before the car was off the dealership?
After the dealer stuffed up , it would stall when i stopped at red lights and then be difficult to start needing up to 4 pushes of the start button.
When i picked it up new in may 2013 it only had 12 km and it has manual transmission.
The car runs perfectly until a subaru monkey opens the bonnet.

Reliability for major components are great, for the minor stuff that doesn't affect the drive directly, not as much.

I was supposed to get a white brz with 52km on it but as I was about to sign the papers another salesman asked to let a customer do a test drive in it... The customer proceeded to slide out of the parking lot and smack the revlimiter, and that's why I now have a blue brz.
Back to OPs question, I'm up to 30k and other than routine service the car has been fantastic *knocks on wood*, my pioneer iPod cable broke but I don't think the FRS even has it so have fun and be confident in it!

350 miles.... Obviously it was a test drive vehicle/ dealership car to beat on or go on lunch runs. Thinking back on it, it even had mud caked behind the rear tires. Salesman explanation for that was “this car was used to go to the nearby golf courses ". Lol. I'm laughing now but honestly at the time we just wanted to finalize the deal. This was the only firestorm in the area that was manual (at the time).

But u know what I still love the car and since it's a lease I'm not too worried about long term ownership anyway.

“problems ” so far are nothing major. Just the usual common quirks... Crickets (replaced hpfp) etc

FYI 2015 FRS does have a AUX for cable to use a MP3/Ipod player and a USB port for Thumb Drive.

I ignored break in instructions. Didn't go track or autox it either, just drove it. I ran it all over PDX west hills over and over. It was rainy weather too. So it didn't get the jump in and drive to LA on cruise treatment. It got the stop and go, speed up and down treatment as any break in should. Mine just exceeded the recommended rpms.

I'm currently at 12xxx miles three or so tanks away from the second oil change. It's a subaru platform, I know what to expect at 80k range.

My 2013 FR-S I got on November 30th, 2012 has 22k miles and I haven't had a single issue outside of the normal reported ones. (chirping fuel pump, rear deck popping fixed with WD-40)

I would say this car is really reliable for daily driving even while modded. Averaging 27-28 mpg is also a plus with a 50/50 split on city/hwy driving.
