thing is as with most superchargers they will only give you so much pressure ratio, so the 335 unit will flow more air but won't be able to push past 1.2 Bar of boost over whatever you feed it with

all this means is that you'll get monster low end torque but more or less the same top end as a smaller unit

unless of course you go turbo and then super, so feed the SC with a bar of boost from the turbo and you'll get 2.2 bar of boost over atmospheric

The overhead is there, but Cosworth, like other proper engineering companies, already expressed concern over the durability of the factory motor. Anybody pushing more power without that concern clearly does not have the end user's well being in mind.

Even though the disclaimer has been made, it will not deter end users from attempting to achieve more without proper supporting equipment.

are cosworth bringing out a bottom end for this car then?

and are they then going to offer a smaller pulley setup?

Yes, stage 3 parts will be engine internals.
