Also to add, work with a sales consultant who is new. just a bit tactical as they can fumble what they say.

Prices OTD are only valid if you can compare within the same state, or states with the same tax structure. Better to compare selling price of vehicle.

FL and WA are vastly different.

I own the FRS twin, and want to add that TrueCar used to be a great site. Years back they really seemed to be buyer advocates with great raw data about invoice price and local car sale price points.

Now, at least in my area, it seems like the dealers/manufacturers have leaned on them and they seem to have drunk the cool-aid. Local sales and "invoice" prices are listed, but they are high. I go elsewhere now.

Things do vary from state to state, so national price comparisons can be dicey. With that said, this is a great time to buy on the the twins. I paid more than a grand below verified invoice for a 2014 FRS.

Great cars. Warning - if you test drive, you are likely to buy it on the spot. I did. :-)
