We do not offer tuning. We're just saying that our tunes are used as the base map for similarly setup cars by our tuner, and that there is far more tuning time spent on developing the tune, rather than the few hours you spend on the dyno.

Our belief is that e-tuning is not as good as an actual tune on a dyno. You can see/hear/smell/feel things on a dyno that a log does not show.

E-tune is not ideal. Every car is different therefore we will not offer that service. Longfella is relatively local to church so by mimicking our setup, he will realize quite a bit more gains.

This is specific to people within range of this tuner. We know of people trailering their cars in from different cities just to get tuned by him.

He was referring to a MAP sensor setup.

Is there any consolidated list of headers proven to fit with this system, or is there scattered info throughout the thread? I'm particularly interested in a catless EL setup, possibly with a wideband bung pre-installed. I believe P&L offers that kind of setup, but there may be a question of fitment with their particular layout.

Thanks,

Thanks,
AFAIK all headers fit with this system. If a header like the Nameless or P&L header came up far enough to hit the SC or charge piping, then it would also hit the the stock inlet tube.

Thanks,
I have a P&L header on mine and there is plenty of room.

Thanks,
As of now, every header on the market that I am aware of fits the kit. As in the above post, it's very unlikely that a header will not work with the JRSC

No worries about the heat coming off the header tubes overheating the compressor/oil?

Good to know that most/all options are in fact options. Any performance favorites, or it's going to depend on personal choice, price point, etc.?

For the most part, it's really EL vs UEL.

We use a Tomei EL on our car, but there aren't any BAD options.

Note that you will need your own tune if you get a header.

Is there enough space on the Tomei collector for a wideband bung? Also, is it 409 or 304 SS?

I'll stop cluttering the thread with header questions

Thanks.

Is anyone aware or know of any deals going on with this kit? Black Friday sale perhaps?

Any suggestions on the best way to stay update to date on any JRSC supporting mods? The news section on their website hasn't been updated since Aug, so I assume there is a more lively channel.

From the FAQ section: https://jacksonracing.com/shop/super...harger-system/

Q: Will performance upgrades be available for the Jackson Racing FR-S/BRZ systems?
A: Yes, we will be producing additional upgrades that can be added on to the current systems.

The way Jackson Racing releases products is extensive R&D plus testing along with multie third party independent testers prior to release. They believe every released product should be a complete bolt-on setup that is properly engineered and tested. Almost all, if not all, components in the offered kits are sourced, fabricated, manufactured, and assembled locally or within the United States.

With that said, what parts are you looking for? Something like headers and exhaust are already saturated markets so there is no rush for these products even if they are or are not in the works already.

Hope this helps answer your question a bit.
