My guess is that the tech package will add 3-4K and the track pack/performance pack will add 4-5K.

Aren't the Ferrari V8 engines flat-plane crank engines?

If so, could the exhausts be configured to sound like the Ferrari V8's?

It sounds good, but still sounds American V8 to me. I was wondering if maybe an exhaust might give it that fluid smooth (like two 4-cylinder engines mated together) that the exotics have?

Balancing a flat plane V8 or I4 is actually quite easy: give it connecting rods of infinite length

Did anybody notice the MagneRide dampers? It should help Ford catch up with GM suspensionwise too... Can't wait to hear some good revving from that 5.2L flat-plane V8.

Lots of special changes noted. Specific tires, Recaro seats, new wheel, big ass wheels front and back etc etc... I think it's tad ambitous to think this will be under 60K but we'll see.

Imo needs a good sized Fin on back of some sort for completing looks but heh that's just me.

It deserved its own thread, and if the GT500 looks anything even remotely close to this thing......

Hell just give me a bodykit o.O

No thanks. I'd rather have the GT350.

Saw it in person at the LA auto show. Not impressed. Rear bumper looks weird. For show retro style side vents with weird split in middle. R O C K E T badge is huge. Car is huge. Those wheels are 21", But I guess for 100k you could afford to buy 21" tires. I wonder how stable it is at speed with 700+ hp.

Terrible execution. Well, I guess here comes the neverending parade of the seventy-three different Mustang variants...lol
