Or do you only offer the Innovate Stage 2 tune for the Sprintex kits?

Apart from the F&G being SD based, is one better than the other? Which would be better suited if my priority is low speed drivability (i get stuck in heavy traffic often) and improving low-mid range power/torque?
It can be and I have been testing it on our in house development car that runs the Innovate Supercharger Kit. The main problem with the Sprintex supercharger is the pulses the map sensor gets from the runners. It causes and oscillation and makes the car run a little weird.

So for the mean time until we have a solution for that we are offering the MAF based tune instead which is a lot smoother to drive for that particular kit.

We already have a tune on one. It was at SEMA and we already speaking to Cosworth about the kit.

My car is at the body shop right now getting repaired, Delicious offers 1 free datalog review on initial tune provided and 1 free tweak/update/revision within 10 days from the date of purchase. @sales@delicioustuning.com; could i get this grace period extended as the whole process of installing the turbo and then this body repair will take me well outside the 10 days?
Not a problem. When you are ready send some logs and we can look at them.

That is a good theory but the tunes are so drastically different it may not completely help, but can definitely rule out vacuum leaks. Here is the reason why.

We have created our tune a pure SD (Speed Density) tune which use only the MAP sensor for controlling load values. It is a pretty daunting task to build this tune to work on every platform to say the least.

Though definitely try it out, as I know we are working on some more revisions in the coming months, and small changes along the way.

I know there are a couple guys having some small problems and to be honest with you, they are small though they may not seem like it to you and your vehicle. The tune was created pretty much from scratch to work with all intensive purposes anything you put on the car. Now there is access to literally hundreds of tables that we change in order to get this tune working the way want it to and it takes some time to work out the smaller problems such as low end acceleration on specific cars, idle on cars with blow off valves that work a little differently from other vehicles, etc... There is just a lot too it and though we have set this as an all in one, we can not test every possibility on the market but we do test a lot of variations (literally hundreds already).

So please be patience, we just returned from SEMA last week, had Super Lap Battle to prepare for this week and catching up on emails, calls and orders this week. To say the least it has been busy but catching back up again and back to refining the tune in those low end areas, people are concerned about.

William Knose

As for the idle, here is what is going on here and I know there is a concern about it, but it is not something to be concerned about. I say that and I am sure you still are but here is the reason.

Currently the hardest part about dialing in this Speed Density tune is the idle, it is literally the hardest aspect to tune in this vehicle especially on turbo applications, auto or manual. What we have done is forced the idle to hang a bit in order to keep the engine from stalling which I know most people prefer if you had to pick one.

Though the rev hang ideal on some turbo applications we have seen this happen and we are working on resolving this in the tune. We are actually speaking to EcuTeK a bit about it, since we have found it has to do with vehicle running blow off valves and maf sensors in the charge pipes. Even though the MAF (being pure SD) should not be affected be have found it still has a small amount of control on the engine for some reason and we are working on seeing if there is something in the custom coding that might be causing the issue or if we can diagnose exactly where in the tune the problem arise from.

On supercharged vehicles this is not a problem, as there is enough steady load on the engine and usually no blow off valves to cause leaks at idle which we are find cause a little of the idle issue also.

Anyway we are working on it.

I would like to also thank everyone for their patience as we been working on catching up, it has just been overwhelming after SEMA, baby 6 weeks ago and Super Lap Battle tomorrow. LOL.

Cheers,
William Knose

@DeliciousTuning thanks for the explanation it's nice to know you're on top of it and looking for a solution to the issue. Very comforting indeed.

Hm... Good question. I'm not sure but I guess it rather should be called a custom tune as I ordered it before the FnG was introduced. It's the first version I received together with the EcuTek box from Delicious, so technically it is FnG - I just glashed amd the car goes Sent logs to Delicious yesterday. Hope to get the revised version soon.

@DeliciousTuning Is it an option to completely delete the factory MAF and use a GM IAT/upgraded MAP sensor? I'll be running no BOV on my setup and would also like to block off the MAF flange.
