I don't have or know of anyone with some for sale, but Craigslist is definitely going to be your best bet. Tons of good deals on used winter setups out there. Try looking for OE WRX wheels, I run 16" WRX wheels w/ WS80s in the winter and they work great. Plus the smaller size wheel/tire combo will be both cheaper and handle better in the snow.
