First guess would be a belt wearing really quickly. Check your pulley alignment for both belts and take a careful look at the sides of the belts for wear. I'd probably start with the crank pulley myself.

if you have the small crank pulley and the small high boost pulley, then you have an early set-up (i'm not even sure if those were officially released to the public; i know there was a limited release to beta testers)

the new highboost set up includes a new larger bottom pulley and new top pulley. the higher belt loads required more tooth engagement...especially when trying to turn C38 blowers

So if I bought a high boost pulley a while back, and just got the blower pulley not the crank pulley, who would I contact to get the crank pulley for high boost on the C30 kit shipped to me?

Ok so i need some insight here. I have kit for sale which was on car for 2 months, the blower was bad and replaced by kraftwerks. I am selling the kit plus the engine oil cooler i bought from omargc( which has a small dent in the top plate but doesnt leak nor will it) never installed a flex fuel kit (used) with no cut ecu adapter, both smooth and cogged pulleys extra bottle of traction fluid. Kraftwerks is honoring the warranty to the new owner im asking 4k for all of it. Am i crazy in thinking this is an awesome deal? Btw the cogged pulleys, crank pulley, and sc pulley and blower, filter and oil are new in packing.

IMO it's priced too high because must owners are too poor or too cheap. Those with enough D.I. opt for a brand new kit at your price point. Granted, this is all just my opinion.

I could see that if it was just an intercooler and piping that was used, a new kit with what I have included offers the same warranty at almost 2k more. Looks like I won't be selling the kit because I'm not taking a 2k loss on it when the Damn things brand new. I appreciate you giving your opinion and I welcome everyone else's as well. And press don't take this reply as an attack but as a frustration.

And what do you think it's appropriate price out of curiosity

No offense taken. I know it's mostly new, and that's cool, but you have to think about dealing with a cheap ass. Frankly, I don't think they give a damn if it's mostly new because it's used and being sold private party, so they want to get it as cheap as possible. But that's just me. I'd remove the oil cooler and flex fuel kit and sell those separately, then worry about the kit by itself and price that to move. ~3k sounds like it would move quicker. It has to be discounted enough, I wouldn't stand on principle about it being mostly new because it will take too long to sell.

With that being said best I feel I could do honestly is 3200 for core kit and then 300 each additional ad on. I've been told that anything over 60% of original piece is to high and I don't believe that to be accurate honestly. Of all the cars I've owned and forums I've been on this platform is the strangest when it comes to things for sale. A header that sells for 1k new sells for 750 to 800 5k miles later. I new fi kit seems to low balled for less then half it's value. So strange to me.

I think those are decent prices. I mean, hopefully other people chime in too, because I'm also a bit of a pessimist thinking people here are poor and/or cheap that would rather buy 3k wheels with cheap tires on cheap springs with tacky 5k body kits that never drive the car the way it's meant to and sell the car after 2 years.

I agree with this. But I'll also add on that it seems that the early adopters of the car have either moved on or already made their choice on what they plan to do with the car. So selling a kit right now which is used but is more new than used, would be hard because people will only see the words "used" "only on the car a short time". The only way to sell it quickly would be at a steep loss, where basically the buyer would be in one of those "the price was so good I HAD to buy it" situations.

You also have to remember your asking buyers to believe that your "used kit" is only two mos old and has "x" amount of miles on it and perfect working condition. A brand new kit will work but a used kit? How is that warranty transferred? I'm not telling you this because I'm interested but to give you some views from the buyer.
