I can't speak from experience, but I've been meaning to check out La Cocina in NE Portland - http://www.yelp.com/biz/la-cocina-restaurant-portland
I've heard a lot of good things about it, and I wanted try it out yesterday for dinner, but I didn't get off of work until right before they were closing. I'll probably try to get over there sometime this week, or you could try it and let me know how it is! |

Food carts have some of the best. Por Que No was pretty good, not sure about it being the best though as I've only been once. Iron Horse is pretty good as well, but since I'm allergic to onions my Mexican choices are limited since places usually premix onions with their veggies, 'cause they be lazy!
