Italian mafia vs. Russian mafia vs. Yakuza vs. Triad vs. Mexican drug cartels
All out battle, who would win? I would have to go with the Russian's on this one with their ex-KGB and ex-Russian special forces (Spetsnaz) guys. Some serious training and experience on their part.

if you're like me and live in socal where you can see the effects of mexican mafia first hand, or have lived in japan and dealt with yakuza first hand, then you would know that the glorification of crime syndicate culture is a bunch of bs and there are a lot of real life innocent people that have suffered unspeakable things because of these criminals.

i'm not. it's pretty nerdy and dumb in my opinion to compare criminal syndicates to each other like comparing orcs to elves in WoW. "who would win in an all at war guys?" give me a break. this ain't no video game, this is real life. and these people murder, torture, rape and extort innocent people in real life. have you ever met a yakuza member?

i've met russian gang members, does that count?
i'll agree it's pretty bad.. but there are different levels to organized crime.

id say the russians, they are a scary bunch
and cyde, it does feel like you are reading a bit much into it - there are bigger issues in the world than gangs... religion is something most people love but has caused a hell of a lot more problems that it solves, people still follow it though - I get you though it's a shame that it(crime and gangs) can't just stop

It would of course all come down to money, most the the Russian ecconomy is run by the mafia so I guess they have the most. However, the mafia in Italy is Italy's largest granter of loans, larger than their banks even.

I wanna put one more scary group in there... but I'll stop it here, cuz they're more dangerous than Yakuza. & no, it's not Bosozoku, not even close. To them, bosozoku is child-play |
