so I've had about 5 different massage therapists. finally found one that's able to help my shoulder and back.

anyway, she was booked up so I tried a different girl and she assessed my shoulders. I also always go for 90 minute sessions.

when it was time to lay on my back for my legs, she does the usual massage therapy trained draping to only expose the area she's working on. so she's working on my leg and then got REALLY close to my balls. I don't think I've had any other therapist go so close. while it was going on, this is kind of what was going through my head:

"wtf, why is she going do close?"
"fuck, I'm going to get a boner. think of something else."
"oh crap, if I get a boner will she notice?"
"yup, the sheets feel very thin."
"it's happening. fuck." (about 10% boner, definitely movement)
"why is she still working that area?!

It's a natural occurrence and LMTs are used to it. Just don't be like "Yeah, look at that bad boy! The ladies love it!" If you mention it at all, just say you couldn't control it and look sheepish. there's like 40 rub and tugs here lol. but I'm not looking to get a rub since engaged. even if I was single I still wouldn't.
