I also thought a good solution would be to make it legal to shoot other cars with "approved" paintballs.
If some other driver was driving like an ass, you could shoot them.

That way if the cops ever saw a car just covered in multiple colors of paintballs they could give you a ticket for general "jack-assery".

"I sorry Mam, but I going to have to give you a ticket because at least 20 other people believe you drive like an ass-hat"

That's a very dangerous solution to the "how's my driving"sticker

Next time call the cops while this is still happening. Say that you are in fear of your life, which then forces the cops to respond.
