I'd guess East Coast will their first cars sooner than mid-west folk. The vessels with cars will get there later for obvious reasons, but it will take less time to get them to dealers.

I sure hope so. I haven't heard anything yet, but then again I'm not under SOA either.

I wouldn't be so sure about that. There's already plenty of IL, OH and at least one KS that has their VIN and ETA before June.

I'm in Minnesota, and I've got an ETA of 5/27. The erliest I've seen so far was 5/18 in Portland.

funny that you think west coast is preferred,

California, (most of the actual west coast of the country) hasn't yet reported any received Vin Numbers

Just spoke with my dealership in Connecticut and they should have the VINs on Tuesday as well as ETA for delivery but he said the dealership should be getting all 3 cars by the end of May. Wooo!!

From a logistics point of view it makes more sense that the vehicles requiring rail travel would have their ships come in first. Don't you worry. I'm sure California has plenty of cars on the way as we speak.

Woah... I wonder if this is true for all NE dealers? I'm number 3 at my dealer and I wasn't expecting it until July. :happy0180:

for some reason, i think receiving more than 1 brz per dealer on the first batch of shipment is highly unlikely

Not necessarily. There is one dealer in NH getting 49 BRZs between May-Nov so that works out to about 8/month. My dealer is getting 25 I think so 4/month. I don't think there's any reason the first month's shipment should be any smaller than all the other months'. However I don't believe anything dealers say so I'll wait to hear it from SOA or until people start getting ETAs.
