Got my VIN and delivery ETA

SOA now has customer VIN's in their system for the first batch of BRZ's.

My order was placed on the first day of orders.. March 1st. She confirmed that the car is a Premium in World Rally Blue with 6 speed manual trans.

Congratz! Just over 3 weeks to go!

LUCKY... no really congrats. I told the lady from SOA that she would crush my hopes and dreams without a VIN, she laughed and told me she had no VIN, lol.

I'm thinking whoever gets VIN #86 is like hitting the jackpot in BRZ/FRS land, lol.

Congrats on getting your VIN. Can't wait to get my VIN, hopefully won't have to wait too long either.

Good to know that someone near Michigan, is planned to get it around May 27th. :w00t:

Yep- I've got a low 200s VIN, and my delivery date is the 18th!! :) Us west coast guys are definitely getting them earlier.

Still no VIN for my order, there for obviously no ETA either

Sigh, was hoping for ETAs a bit sooner. Might make a call tomorrow, if the rep doesn't call/email me himself.

I think it's funny that when you're on hold with SoA they have a recorded message reminding you to have your VIN ready.

20 minutes in, get off the phone guys! I'm trying to get through!

It took me 25 the first time to get through...yes just to be sure I called on my ride home too but alas still no VIN lol I was hoping for a system update.

Nothing.

The gentleman actually laughed a bit when I said I was calling about my BRZ and said

"You're about the thousandth person to call today about the BRZ and I've only heard of a handful of people saying they got their VIN...someone must have posted it up online or something". :bellyroll:


He seemed really excited for us pre-order holders though.

Booo! WAITLIST still... I'm living in hope that they are still matching VONs - VINs!

I just texted with my dealer - he says that he runs ALL open VONs every day and said no BRZs yet. My suspicion is that they are still allocating/processing at this point. I haven't felt like this since being a kid waiting for Christmas!
