On e-85 my temps are just fine as long as I don't stand still for extended periods. I would likely have problems if I was on the track all day...but I'm not. I probably wouldn't run this setup on 91 octane.

Coolant temp stays around 180-185 at cruise.

No means to monitor oil temp, i just know it was staying in the safe operating range after half a day of dyno pulls and tuning.

I had non IC e85 setup in south texas all summer and can only speak for daily driving. I didn't see anything of concern. Coolant temperature never moved once it settled and oil temperature only went up if I was really getting on it for a while.

Is that because E85 burns cooler than petrol?

Charge air also cools, less prone to heat soak.

Yeah sorry about that. I did at first too because it was available locally. I ordered the 1/4" - 5/16 barb fitting off amazon. It fits WAY better. I was using a fuel line clamp tightened completely down on the 1/4" barb and I could still twist the line. 5/16 is the perfect size.

Please note that British Standard Pipe (a.k.a. ISO thread) and National Pipe Thread are NOT the same thread pitch. BSP is what we use. NPT wil not thread in nicely and will likely leak.

The bolts used are metric, but the pipe fittings are BSP. All Sprintex systems are designed overseas, so you have to roll with this a little bit. NPT is really only popular in the US o' A. BSP / ISO is more common around the world. NPT is hard to find everywhere else except the USA.
